Questions
Know what to expect.
Is Invest with CG a trading app?
No. It is intended to be a discretionary digital investment advisory service. Portfolios are managed under an approved process rather than encouraging clients to trade frequently.
How are advisory fees charged?
The ETF program’s annual fee is 0.25% and the stock program’s annual fee is 0.50%. Clients may separately add Personal Wealth Management for an additional 0.25% annually, making the combined annual fee 0.50% for the ETF program or 0.75% for the stock program. Fees are intended to be billed monthly in advance and prorated where applicable. Ordinary deposits and withdrawals do not trigger an immediate fee adjustment.
What is included in the Personal Wealth Management add-on?
The optional add-on includes personal financial planning, scheduled adviser meetings and individualized tax-management guidance. It does not include preparation of tax returns or legal advice. The final scope, meeting schedule and eligibility requirements will be described in the applicable advisory agreement before enrollment.
Does the service use artificial intelligence?
AI may assist research, scoring and monitoring. It does not guarantee accuracy or investment results. The production methodology will use documented rules, controls, versioning and supervision.
Will trading create taxes?
Trading in a taxable account can create gains, losses, dividends and other tax consequences. Short-term and long-term gains may be treated differently, and wash-sale rules may apply across accounts the system cannot see. Invest with CG does not provide tax or legal advice.
Is my money guaranteed?
No. All investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Diversification, models, forecasts and AI-assisted analysis cannot guarantee a profit or prevent loss.
Where can I learn more about the advisory relationship?
Review Coastal Wealth Management’s Client Relationship Summary (Form CRS). It describes services, fees, conflicts of interest, standards of conduct and important questions to ask.
